B Sc in Urban and Regional Planning, Göteborg University, 1982, and in Business Administration, Göteborg University, 1988.

Employed at Western Sweden Chamber of Industry and Commerce, 1981-1990, working as ”liaison officer” between university and industry 1981-1984.Established communications consulting company Agadem AB in 1990, specialised in science communication and public communication of science and technology.

Co-founder of the International Science Festival Göteborg in 1997, today one of Europe’s leading science communication events. Responsible for the external communication of the Festival 1997-2006. President of European Science Events Association, EUSCEA, Vienna, 2008-2010.

Project manager for PCST-10, global conference on Public Communication of Science and Technology, June 2008, in Malmö, Lund and Copenhagen.Project manager for dissemination of results from European Research Infrastructure Development Watch – a European Commission supported project, including website and final conference, 2006-2008. Member of Project Management Team for WONDERS European Science Festival 2006-2007. Published articles in "At the human scale" (Beijing Science Press, 2005) and Communicating Science in a Social Context (Springer, 2008)

Speaker at PCST Working Sympoisum, Beijing, 2005; BA Festival of Science, Dublin 2005; PCST-9 Conference, Seoul, 2006; and AAAS Annual meetings, San Francisco, 2007, and Boston 2008.
